What is a geo technician?

Application of the methods of engineering and science to exploitation of natural resources. and the person who does that,who explore the earth and its contents and has knowlege of earth's soil,is called a geo technician.
 There  are basically three categories of a geo-technician

1.geologists,

2.engineers

3.geophysicists 

these three have the same work almost:

To finding and developing mineral and energy resources.

the mission of the geo technicians is to promote Earth Systems Science Education.

but

Geotechnicians support the work of professional geoscientists by collecting and analysing information from rock samples.

so geo technicians are the geologist's which helps the geoscientists in collecting  the earth and rock samples.
